About the Session
Community-Engaged Leadership (CEL) offers many resources to students on campus. One of those is leadership development workshops facilitated by LEAD team members. These are students on campus who are passionate about the leadership development of their peers. They put their best foot forward in this role every day. The Eras of Leadership is one example of the workshops LEAD Team offers. Come join me to discuss leadership!

- Participants will be able to identify which Taylor Swift Era they are in.
- Participants will be able to use their era to inform their communication and leadership style.
- Participants will be able to reflect on how they portray their leadership era.
- Participants will learn how leadership development workshops are structured.
