About the Session
This session will help professionals manage stress more effectively. This session will provide concrete and tangible tools for staff to engage in more effective and enjoyable self-care. This session will provide experiential and participatory learning opportunities for stress management activities.

Learning Outcomes
- Participants will be able to explore and identify their areas of stress (personally and professionally).
- Participants will be able to describe the effects of stress on their physical, emotional, and mental health.
- Participants will learn 2-3 activities which could be performed at work, in order to alleviate and manage stress and anxiety.
- Participants will be able to develop a plan for regular self-care at work and at home.
