Introducing a 360 Feedback Tool for Student Affairs Supervisors
About the Session
During this session, the facilitator will provide a brief overview of Wilson et al.’s (2020) Inclusive Supervision Inventory, Gallup’s Q12 Employee Engagement Survey, and results from the CUPA-HR 2023 Higher Education Employee Retention Survey. They will introduce a pilot quantitative 360 feedback tool for use as part of student affairs practice, providing a suggested process to appropriately use the feedback tool. Finally, attendees will have an opportunity to practice with and provide feedback on the pilot quantitative 360 feedback tool. Upon leaving this session, attendees will be equipped to consider if they want to implement a pilot quantitative 360 feedback tool as part of their student affairs practice.
